Welcome. The Northern Westchester Shelter is a private non-profit organization, which was founded in 1980 to provide a safe haven and caring services to survivors of domestic violence. Our programs are free, confidential and offered in English and Spanish.

An Important Note About Internet Safety:

Before you proceed, remember that communication over the Internet is not confidential and can be traced. If you feel unsafe using the Internet, the best thing to do is use a computer at your local library or at a friend's house.
